Amalia's thoughts on week 5

Goodmorning and hi!

Last week it was Företagarna W, this week Female Founders, and I end this week with two feelings. Both a) very happy to be in forums with so many women and men that find these questions important but also b) frustrated that initiatives like this still have to exist. I mean, sometimes I desperately want us to flip the script so that men start to spend more time talking about these issues than us. I'M SO TIRED OF TALKING ABOUT THIS.

Anyways.

Can I call this newsletter a business now? Bc I've had my first supporter!!!! 😭 What you didn't see behind the scenes was me in total disbelief showing my fiancé that somebody (in this case the wonderfully kind Peter Esse) thought my scribblings were worth an overpriced Sthlm cappuchino. Tears. And thank you, publicly, too 💛

Next week it's actually ONE YEAR since I started this newsletter (?!?!?!). I'm saving the big words until then, but: it's humbling and fun and I have so much more respect for freelance writers, journalists, and trendspotters now.
