Amalia's thoughts week 14

Hiya friends!!

If I before we dig in can share a lil personal milestone (before sharing one even bigger): we're now 300 people in this email thread called Amalia's thoughts!! Crazy bananas. THANK YOU for being here and batting an eye on my scribblings from time to time ❤️

Okay but: New Saturday, new me. Literally.

Today I can tell you why this newsletter has been... trying to find its feets?? the past weeks: I'm going on a sabbatical to start building software again.

(That's also why I'm a lil bit surprised about the 300 people milestone, because I haven't tried to grow this newsletter at all the past weeks.)

It has not been an easy decision for me to take an up to 6 month leave from a job I really love, but I just fell in love with the problem and had to know whether or not the solution would actually survive meeting the light of day.

And yes, this newsletter might change due to this. It has already changed with a new chapter, haha. You OGs know about "becoming a media house in 100 days". Now begins "becoming a founder in 100 days", starting on Monday.

The pre edition, however, is already for you to read later in this newsletter.

I will share this journey with you that wanna tag along - and hope we learn a lot throughout the way! Building in public won't feel so scary, when one writes for you.
