It was important for me when I started writing on this platform that no thing would be too "touchy" to bring up. Such as career f*** ups. I've felt as a young woman early in her career that there's a risk of a backlash being open about what wrong turns you've made. But to have mistakes on your conscience means you've put yourself out there, challenged yourself. And only sharing your magic moments on LinkedIn or wherever won't give future leaders any comfort.
Here I share some of my f*** ups, and how I reason about it now. And share some people that inspire me!
